How to Process a Return

To qualify for a 30 day refund, customers must do the following:

  1. Call +44 (0) 808 281 9549 or email and Request an RMA number.
  2. Mail back your bottle (unopened or opened) to our fulfillment center (see shipping address below).
  3. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of initial order.
  4. Include the RMA number clearly written on the package.

Important: Packages without an RMA number will NOT be accepted or issued a refund. After the fulfillment center has received the package with a valid RMA number, and the order is processed within 3-5 business days, a refund will be issued. It does take some time for your bank to post the refund to your account. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If you have questions about a refund that has been issued, please call customer care at +44 (0) 808 281 9549.

Note: All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
